Yes, tickets must be purchased in advance. Tours often sell out so we suggest purchasing your tickets early to guarantee your desired tour day. You can buy your tickets either online or by phone with a Visa, Mastercard or American Express.
Will we see people from the shows/celebrities on the tour?
Please note that the opportunity to meet and greet the shows' stars is NOT guaranteed. Inside tours depend upon filming schedule.
What if it rains?
The tours run rain or shine, so please dress according to the day’s forecast. Please keep in mind that most of the tour takes place on our vehicle so you will be out of the elements.
Is the tour suitable for children? Do they need tickets?
We do have special pricing for children between 4-12 years old. We do not recommend bringing any children under 4.
Are we on the bus for the entire tour? Is there walking involved?
We make quite a few stops on the tour. There will be plenty of opportunities to stretch your legs.
Where does the tour end?
The tour will end at the location from which we picked you up. You will be able to choose your pick-up location when purchasing your tickets.
Is the tour narrated?
Yes, the tour guide will narrate the tour and is happy to answer any of your questions about the sights we will see, the history behind every place and the show.
Is there a restroom on the bus?
There is no restroom on the bus, but there are restroom facilities at a few of the stops we will be making.
Is the bus wheelchair and stroller accessible?
Unfortunately, the bus is not wheelchair accessible. We also do not recommend bringing any strollers. If you have a walker, it must be one that can be folded up and placed in your seating area.
What kind of vehicle will we be traveling in?
Our tours take place on a climate controlled enclosed coach bus.
Are food and beverages included on the tour? Can I bring my own?
We provide water for our guests throughout the tour. You can bring an additional drink and snack with you, if you'd like.
Is there assigned seating on the bus?
Seating is first come, first served. Please arrive early to ensure that your group can sit together.
Can I leave my belongings on the bus if we get off?
Yes, that's fine. We will lock the bus when we get off at each stop.
Are cameras allowed on the tour?
Yes! There is so much to see during the tour and it would be absolutely worth it to bring a camera, but there will be some locations that you will not be able to take pictures. We will make an announcement if that is the case.
How should I dress for the tour?
We recommend comfortable walking shoes and dressing appropriately for the weather as we will be getting off the bus at certain locations.
Will locals enjoy the tour as well or is it mostly for tourists?
Absolutely! Whether you are looking for a way to entertain out-of-town guests or just learn more about the wonderful city you live in, this is the tour for you! You’ll be surprised at how much you will learn on the tour from our comfortable bus.
Are tours only available in English?
Yes, at the moment we can only offer tours in English, but you are welcome to arrange for an interpreter. If you'd like a tour in Spanish, please let us know. On public tours, we cannot do the whole tour in Spanish, but can do some explaining in Spanish at our stops.
Will we be able to purchase souvenirs or shop during the tour?
Yes, if you see anything you'd like to purchase at a stop we make, don't hesitate to buy it. Souvenirs are the best way to remember your tour!
Are gratuities included?
Gratuities are not included in the ticket price. While not required, gratuities are accepted and always appreciated by the tour guides.
Are dogs/pets allowed on the Tanked tour?
Except for service animals, pets are not allowed on board.
Is smoking allowed on the tour?
Smoking is not permitted during the tour.
Are gift certificates available?
Gift certificates are not available for purchase at this time.
